This one is getting in the George W Bush area of quotable statements that make no sense.

I think he is trying to brag about how hard he works. While attending a country club. And I think he is trying to do this by saying he sleeps a lot? He has been hanging out with Bruno too much. I think we should all work on a plan to give Jerry more time to rest.
