Albany Terror Case

This case just gets weaker and weaker for the government. But then again, we haven't seen the secret evidence that they supposedly have so I guess we'll never really know. Make sure to read this article. You should know what is happening in this case. Especially since the congress just passed Bush's torture bill that gets rid of habeas corpus.

Imagine this scenario. You are in another country. You barely speak the language. The intelligence agency of that country targets you with a sting operation. The "informant" trying to entrap you lays out all the evidence against you in the language you barely speak. And to top it off the government has secret evidence they won't show you that they say proves you are guilty. Well, we do it here in the US to people, just like we now torture people as well. That's how we roll in 2006. Sounds fair and good and AMERICAN...right?

His English was bad and its only now that he understands it.  That explains it all!

Oh wait, his name and address were suposed to have been found in multiple terrorist camp locations. Oh, just a transaltion error. It wasnt a list of friends, it was random list of Muslims living in the US.  That explains it all!

I have a question. If you don't understand what is being said then how could he have been a witness to the transaction?  Seems to me that if he didn't understand what was going on then he wouldnt be able to witness it?

I predict acquittals for both of them.
