On September 5th, 2006 (the day the Chicago Tribune broke the story of Sweeney and the NMMA's yacht), the Sweeney campaign reported it received a $2,500 contribution from James Taylor of 66 Kingsboro Avenue, Gloversville, NY. The Sweeney campaign failed to provide, as required by law and FEC regulations, the occupation and employer of Mr. Taylor

So why wouldn't Mr. Taylor want people to know who he was or what he did for a living? Well, he's got quite a history of giving money to the NMMA PAC (you know, the one who loans their yacht to Sweeney) Also, the address is different because he used his work address for the illegal donation to Sweeney.
