"It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage, than the creation of a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institutions and merely lukewarm defenders in those who would gain by the new ones." Machiavelli
Powers CompanyBy DIA, Section News
So Michael Boxley is back on the scene. He only cost you taxpayers $500,000 due to his behavior. I'm sure he learned his lesson...this time. And he's got a new job with Powers and Co. He is reportedly "consulting and advising" powers. Oh, the possibilities on what he could be advising one about.
Powers and Co...where do I know that name...oh yeah, it was on John Sweeney's tax return where he listed his spouse's salary. The amount was N/A. I wonder what that stands for? Never Attended (work)? Note:Above the Law? On a side note, its tax time. I had no idea you could just put down N/A when reporting your income. Who knew you could pick and choose what you wanted to pay taxes on? We all can learn a lot from our elected leaders.
