dude, calm down.  

Do you realize that disciplinary measures are protected by the union contract?  (Pssst...we aren't allowed to talk about that.)   If I posted the actual disciplinary measures on the blog, that would be breaking the contract.

Feel free to detail for us the unpaid suspensions in the last 3 months if you want.  I'll wait here.  How about the guy who pointed a gun at the woman in the office?  Is he getting paid?  The guy who showed up to work high?  Him?   Do tell.
